This policy outlines the delivery process, timelines, and charges for the products purchased from SLASH STORE. We aim to deliver every order promptly and efficiently.
Shipping Partners & Service Area
We primarily use **India Post** and reliable local courier services for all domestic deliveries across India.
All our prices are listed in **INR (Indian Rupees)**.
1. Processing Time (Customization)
Our products, particularly the football jerseys, often involve customization (sublimation and embroidery). The order processing time depends on the complexity of the customization:
- **Non-Customized Items:** 5-6 Business Days.
- **Customized Jerseys (Sublimation/Embroidery):** Due to the detailed production process, customized orders require **10 to 15 business days** for preparation and quality checks before dispatch.
2. Estimated Delivery Time (Transit)
Delivery time is calculated after the order has been processed and dispatched. All times are measured in business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).
- **Domestic Delivery (India):** Once dispatched, delivery typically takes **5 to 6 business days** depending on the delivery location.
- **Total Estimated Time (Customized Order):** Processing (3-4 days) + Transit (5-6 days) = **8 to 10 business days.**
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of the order and the delivery address. The final shipping cost will be displayed clearly at the checkout page before payment is made.
4. Tracking and Support
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and SMS notification containing the courier name and a tracking number. You can use this tracking number on the courier partner's website to monitor the status of your shipment.
5. Failed Delivery Attempts
If the customer is unavailable to receive the package, the courier partner will make 2-3 delivery attempts. If delivery fails after these attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse in Kerala. Any subsequent re-shipment will be charged to the customer.
