7-Day Return Policy
We have a **7-day return policy**, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. This ensures compliance with our operating standards for physical goods.
Eligibility for a Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Items must be unwashed and unworn.
- All original tags and labels must be intact.
- Items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned.
IMPORTANT: Customized Items
Due to the specialized nature of our **sublimation and embroidery services**, customized jerseys are generally **not eligible for return or exchange**. We will only accept returns for customized items in the case of a manufacturing defect or an error on our part (e.g., incorrect sizing or spelling based on your confirmed order details).
Order Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled **only if they have not yet been shipped**. To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at slashstore@gmail.com OR **+91 7025097071**.
If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the standard return process if eligible.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our support team via email or phone. Please include your **Order ID** and the reason for the return. Our team will provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your package to our location in Kerala.
Items sent back to us without first requesting and receiving approval for a return will not be accepted.
Refund Processing
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
Refund Timeline:
Refunds will be completed and credited to your original payment method within **6-7 business days** from the date of approval. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the correct item is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
